Full day planning session – This is normally required if there are multiple locations or locations abroad.
Multiple locations (UK) – are there multiple locations in the UK or abroad that are really special to your family – if so our team can make it to them all.
Multi-day filming including additional drone shots if required
Additional editing and mastering is required for longer shoots.
More specialist library music
Bespoke Built Gift box – boxes can be create in gold, silver, platinum, bronze and can also be jewel encrusted.

FAQ.

Hair and Make Up

We can come with a hair and make up artist to make sure you feel your best for being on film. The Artsist travels with us so is there for the duration of the filming and will do exactly as you like to ensure you look and feel your best.

Pricing related

50% deposit is required at point of booking with balance on supply of video.
The balance is paid on viewing of your film and in advance of the box and USB key being delivered.
All additional services are paid for in advance.
All overseas travel must be paid for in advance.

Video Revisions

As part of the package there is one full round of revisions included. This allows you to watch the full film and decide what should remain in or come out and also if you want to swap out any of your family photos included in the film.

Cloud Hosting and Privacy

We can either deliver your film in our bespoke presentation box and USB key or we can host the video in a secure online portal. The benefits of this is that your family who are abroad can access the film should you wish. We need written confirmation for people to access the film and the film is password protected and our portal does comply with all GDPR regulations.
